SHIPPING We require 2-days handling time and pack each order professionally with care and precision with the customer in mind. All items purchased from Bellissima are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you would like to purchase additional insurance or request a signature at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that because we are a physical consignment boutique, merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed as it may have sold out before we have had a chance to remove it from our online listings. An order is not considered as finalized and accepted until you receive the shipping confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction, and we will notify you of this via email prior to shipment confirmation. PRICING We sell on various online platforms as well as at our boutique in Corona del Mar, so there will be times where prices differ on various platforms to compensate for fees and maintenance. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time.
REFUNDS All sales are final. In the rare case that a return is accepted, buyer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We encourage our customers to carefully review our photos and descriptions.
